Breast Imaging Faculty PositionThe Stanford University Department of Radiology Mammography Section invites applications from interested qualified Radiologists for a Medical Center Line position in breast imaging and general radiology. This appointment is at the Assistant or Associate Professor level and does not confer tenure. The major criteria for appointment for faculty in the Medical Center Line shall be excellence in the overall mix of clinical care, clinical teaching, and scholarly activity that advances clinical medicine, and institutional service—appropriate to the programmatic need the individual is expected to fulfill. The level of appointment will be commensurate with experience. The position requires ABR certification or eligibility, California medical licensure, credentialed in Mammography as required by MQSA. The successful candidate should have the ability and credentials to read digital diagnostic and screening mammograms, perform breast ultrasound, stereotactic core biopsies, preoperative needle localization, ultrasound-guided invasive procedures, and breast MRI and MRI-guided breast biopsy.
